Lung tox database of 13 nanomaterials

When doing hazard og risk assessment is it highly useful if someone else provided an overview of the material of interest - This is exactly what we did in the caLIBRAte EU project where we collected the pulonary toxicity of 13 nanomaterials and their bulk and ionic counterparts

Our database and graphs providing an overview of

primary elements: Ag, C, Ce, Co, Cu, Fe, Ni, Si, Ti, and Zn is here:

We established a data library of the inhalation toxicity of 13 nanomaterials on the endpoints of lung inflammation and genotoxicity/carcinogenicity

The data library helps the selection of relevant studies for hazard characterization during risk assessment of inhalation exposure to nanoparticles

In addition, the data library enables comparison of the hazard potential of different materials
