Biodistribution of metals, carbon black, and CNT

When doing hazard og risk assessment is it highly useful if someone else provided an overview of the biodistribution of the material of interest - This is exactly what we did in the Nanoinformatix EU project where we collected the biodistribution data of soluble and poorly soluble nanomaterials

In the second paper we found the data on lung content to support Haber’s rule. Morever, titanium was deposited to a greater extent than the other materials. Lung deposition seemed relatively linear for the MMAD values, indicating size may be less important than previously suggested concerning alveolar deposition of the sub-2-micrometre size.
